What we collect
When you call us, send an enquiry, use the quote steps or chat with us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the building work you are planning and anything else you tell us.
We also use standard analytics and advertising tools that record how visitors use this website and which ad or search brought them here. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote, book and carry out the work, and follow up afterwards. We also use visit information to improve this website and our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries, for example our customer management, phone tracking, chat, analytics and advertising platforms. They may only use your information to provide those services to us. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.
Calls and phone numbers
Phone numbers on this website may be tracking numbers that forward to New Living, so we can see which ads bring in calls. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by calling us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
